My name is Suzanne I would highly recommend the woodlands hospital. When I arrived a nurse named Veronica was very welcoming friendly and caring and calm with me . Most 6 floor in the west tower staff that I interacted with or took care of me where very patient when they were talking to me cuz I am part of hearing. Xaria was one of my first PCAs she had a wonderful personality very down to earth and understanding. I want to give one last compliment to the speech therapist Angela she was helpful . Definitely didn't feel like a hospital experience. Oh and they have a lady that will take you on a walk if you want .if I need to go to the hospital again I'm definitely going to go back there

I was so scared because I had fallen and really messed my elbow. Nikki the registration tech was so helpful and kind.Albert the nurse was very helpful and calming. He was great. Dr. Gelman was very thorough helped me overcome my fears. All the people at St. Luke's were so kind and helpful. I will recommend to everyone how good St. Luke's is. And a special thanks to the people I mentioned. Thank you for the best experience ever.

The best ER by far. All staff are responsive and thorough. Wait time for some test results can be excessive (based on workload). The nurses kept checking in on me, even bringing me a light snack when I hadn’t eaten in too long. Everyone was respectful and kind. Kudos to Regina and the nurse who put in my IV. You made my stay easier. Test results and notes are easy to find and understand using the app. Highly recommend!

All of the staff I encountered during my stay were wonderful. The pre-admission process, from the registrar to the pre-admission nurse (Kelsey) it was easy and quick. On the day of my surgery, everyone involved in my pre-op was amazing and explained everything they were doing, or going to do. I know I had 2 nurses attending to me, but I only remember one, Kim, who was so personable. Once I was moved from pre-op to the OR I don't remember anything until I was woken up in recovery...which, to me, is a good thing. My recovery nurse was amazing too, but I don't remember her name. Once I was moved to my room after recovery, my night nurse, Kelli, and tech, Rhonda, did everything to ensure I was comfortable as well as checking on me frequently. Kelli made sure to stay on top of my pain management throughout the night. She was very kind and compassionate. The next morning Rhonda, the tech, helped me get up and walk and we talked while walking and I felt like I had known her for years. She was sweet and funny. The discharge process was quick and efficient once my doctor said I could go home. Overall my stay at SLWH was awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs medical care.

St. Luke’s The Woodlands – Imaging Center Review St. Luke’s in The Woodlands truly deserves its flowers. From the moment I walked in, the staff set the tone — warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The lady at the middle registration desk was so sweet and helpful, and she made the check‑in process feel effortless. My ultrasound technician was gentle, patient, and explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel completely at ease. The radiologist was just as impressive — thorough, professional, and pleasant, which is exactly what you want during an imaging visit. The space itself is calming. The lobby décor is cute, the changing area is clean and peaceful, and the whole environment feels thoughtfully put together. If you need a mammogram or any imaging done, I highly recommend this location. They take great care of you from start to finish.
